Long Time No Talk!
It's been awhile since we last got in touch, and with spring finally in the air (in most places, anyway), your stove may be the last thing on your mind.
However, if you are getting ready to close your faithful heater down for the season, please be sure to take a look at your owner's manual and perform the yearly maintenance - it will pay off in the long run, and you won't have to do it when you wake up one morning this fall wondering where all the nice warm air went!
Thanks again for your business, and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need help with your stove.
IS IT THAT TIME ALREADY?
Unbelievable, isn't it?
Our annual EARLY BIRD KIT Sale is going on now!
This sale is always a huge hit, and we've already had folks asking us when it would begin this year, so we decided to "fire it up" now, which is pretty good timing for those who wish to save money (and with rising oil prices and pesky tax returns on your mind, who wouldn't?)
It's a great time to consider an 'overhaul kit' for your stove, as well...with the reminder above to perform your yearly maintenance, you may decide (particularly if your stove is several years old) that you want to replace the parts that get the most wear and tear - or just have them available for whenever you need them.
And, you'll be ready for what looks to be another long, cold winter this year.
Ever wonder if it's worth it?
Maybe you just like the feel of real wood heat, whether it's a fireplace insert, a freestanding wood model or a wood pellet heater.
Or, maybe you originally got into this for the savings. Either way, do you ever wonder if it's worth the effort to burn wood?
Chances are, you love this heat and would never go back to oil or electric anyway, but our industry organization, the Hearth, Patio and Barbecue Association (HPBA), has a neat fuel calculator that you can check out. You may even want to forward it to your friends or family who are considering wood or pellet heat:
HPBA Fuel Efficiency Calculator for Zone Heating
Pretty neat little tool, and definitely and eye-opener!
Until next time...thanks again for being a great customer!
