2013 Biomass Stove Tax Credit
In the world of Hearth products, the "Biomass Stove Tax Credit" is back, which can save you (or anyone you know who may be in the market) up to $300 on qualifying stoves, including most of our wood, multi-fuel and pellet stoves.
As we mentioned previously, our wood and pellet stoves that are marked on our web site as "EPA Certified" qualify for this credit.
As we have also mentioned with past credits, please consult your tax advisor so that you can understand how this credit affects your tax return.

Changes Are Coming (The Good Kind)
We will soon be announcing our Smartstove
(TM) technology for our upcoming stove line. From the research to the purchase and throughout the lifetime of use and care, our stoves will be even easier to understand, use and maintain. For our existing customers, our service model is becoming "smarter" as well, which should translate into an experience with your stove that is even better than it is now.
Also keep your eyes open for our new website, which will be unveiled later this year. We're completely overhauling our huge website behind-the-scenes, which means more videos, more service help and an overall easier-to-use experience. We truly want to be able to give our stove owners a cutting edge, easy to navigate website coupled with the top service in the entire industry.

Colder weather leads to the "heat of the season" for our Technical Support team, and there may be busy periods for our phone lines, and wait times may be longer than usual, unfortunately. Folks are calling in with installation questions, parts calls, etc. as well as Technical Support issues.
