Thoughts and Prayers for folks who are dealing with Sandy...

Many, many folks were affected by the devastating forces of Hurricane Sandy over the last couple of days, and that includes many of our customers, since we have thousands and thousands of our stoves throughout New England, the Mid-Atlantic and the Midwest.

We felt it in Central Virginia, as well, but not nearly as badly as the folks we're seeing in the news this morning.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you folks who are dealing with the storm's aftermath. Hopefully you'll be able to receive this email at some point in the next day or so after we send it out, but please be assured that our phones are up and we have a full Technical Support staff on hand for customers who need assistance with their wood, pelllet or multi-fuel stoves.

In addition, we have had many people join our Newsletter over the last week, and many other customers who had indicated that they were waiting until the end of the Early Bird Kit sale to place an order, so we have made a decision to EXTEND the
